Feeling Great (Update Time!)

  Well, it's been two weeks, so I figured I should give you an update on how I'm doing! First of all, I wanted to say thank you to those people that sent me messages, texts, or comments about my last post- thank you for your support. I really appreciated receiving those, and it helped me keep my resolve strong about having a workout plan and eating healthier.
  These past two weeks have been great for me. A good friend recommended a website to me that I've been using faithfully and I love it- it's a calorie counting website that has a personalized plan of the amount of food I should be eating in a day based on my age, weight, and height. I find it really helpful, because I can plan my meals that day or beforehand, instead of just grabbing something quickly. I've been eating much healthier and drinking a lot more water, and my body is thanking me for it!
  I've also been working out 3x a week, which is not only helping me physically, but also mentally. I love the feeling I get when I've finished my workout. My whole outlook on life is a lot more positive. While it's true that there are some days I don't want to eat healthier or work out (yesterday was one), I still push through them and feel even better when I do.
  I'm really excited to keep progressing with where my health and fitness is going. I've already lost a bit of weight in these two weeks and my self-esteem is doing much better. None of this is to say that I don't have hard days. I do. But on the whole, I'm really truly feeling great. Have a great Tuesday!!
